Ag Growth International Inc (AGI) has appointed Haaris Uddin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 4, 2026.
Mr Uddin will join AGI’s executive team and report directly to Paul Brisebois, AGI President and CEO.
Interim CFO Nicolle Parker will continue to lead the finance function until the effective date to support a seamless transition.
“Haaris brings strong public-company finance leadership, international operating experience and a disciplined approach to financial management,” said Mr Brisebois.
“His background in listed-company reporting, governance and cross-border operations will be valuable as AGI continues to execute its strategy and strengthen our business for the long term. I also want to thank Nicolle for her leadership and continued support through this transition.”
Meanwhile, Mr Uddin said, “I am excited to join AGI, a company with a strong global platform. I look forward to working with Paul, the executive team and the finance organization to support AGI’s continued execution and long-term value creation.”

An accomplished finance executive
Mr Uddin is an accomplished finance executive with public-company, capital markets and international operating experience.
Since 2022, he has served as CFO of Medicure Inc, a TSX- and NASDAQ-listed company operating in Canada and the US.
Prior to that, he was CFO of Waverley Pharma Inc, a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company with operations in Canada, the UK and the EU.
Mr Uddin began his career at E&Y as an auditor and is a chartered professional accountant.
He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.
