Innovad Group, a global leader in animal nutrition and health solutions, today announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Cinergis through its Brazilian subsidiary, Oligo Basics. The transaction marks another significant milestone in Innovad Group’s expansion across Latin America. Closing is expected on August 31, 2026.

Since the acquisition of Oligo Basics in 2024, Innovad Group has established a strong presence in the Brazilian market. The addition of Cinergis further strengthens this platform by bringing innovative technologies, specialized technical expertise, and complementary research, development, and manufacturing capabilities. Together, these strengths will expand the Group’s portfolio and accelerate its growth ambitions in both Brazil and the wider Latin American region.
