As Asia’s egg industry continues to evolve, layer producers are under increasing pressure to improve productivity while managing rising feed costs, maintaining flock health, enhancing egg quality, and maximizing profitability. Meeting these challenges requires more than experience alone—it demands up-to-date technical knowledge and practical management skills.
To support professionals across the industry, Progressus has announced the 2026 Layer Nutrition, Production and Management AgriSchool, taking place 21–24 September 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, in close collaboration with experts from H&N International and Big Dutchman.
Designed for layer farm owners, managers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and technical professionals, the four-day intensive program combines technical expertise with practical application to help participants optimize modern layer operations and achieve sustainable business performance.

Unlike traditional seminars, the Layer AgriSchool emphasizes practical learning through interactive workshops, case discussions, and real-world problem solving.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from internationally recognized specialists while exchanging experiences with fellow professionals from across Asia.
By the end of the program, participants will leave with practical strategies and a personalized action plan that can be implemented immediately within their own operations.
The program covers the critical disciplines that drive successful layer production, including:
For participants seeking even greater practical experience, the 2026 program introduces an optional Day 5 Extension Program, providing exclusive opportunities to deepen learning through hands-on activities.
Participants may choose one of two specialized experiences:
Work alongside an experienced layer nutrition specialist to troubleshoot existing feed formulations, optimize nutrient specifications, and improve feed efficiency and cost-effectiveness for commercial layer operations.
Gain behind-the-scenes access to a commercial layer integration while participating in a practical egg quality workshop covering egg grading, shell quality, egg defects, processing systems, and value-added opportunities.
These extension programs are designed for participants who want to move beyond theory and experience practical applications that can be directly transferred to their own businesses.
The AgriSchool is delivered in collaboration with specialists from H&N International and Big Dutchman, combining expertise in layer genetics, nutrition, housing systems, production management, flock health, and commercial egg production.
Their practical industry experience ensures participants gain knowledge that is immediately relevant and applicable to today’s commercial layer operations.
“Modern layer production is no longer about optimizing one area of the farm—it requires understanding how nutrition, housing, flock health, management, and data work together to achieve consistent performance and profitability,” said Yiannis Christodoulou, Managing Director of Progressus.
“The Layer AgriSchool was developed to provide poultry professionals with practical knowledge and proven strategies that can be implemented immediately, helping them make better decisions and maximize the potential of their operations.”
The Layer Nutrition, Production and Management AgriSchool 2026 will take place 21–24 September 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, with the optional Day 5 Extension Program available on 25 September 2026.
Places are limited to ensure an interactive learning experience.
