Li Bo will become Chief Executive Officer on 1st November 2026, succeeding Dr. Hao Zhigang, while also serving as Chairman of Adisseo’s Board of Directors.

Adisseo, a global leader in animal nutrition and health solutions and one of the world’s leading experts in feed additives, today announced that Li Bo has been elected Chairman of Adisseo’s Board of Directors on 11th September 2026 and appointed Chief Executive Officer to succeed Dr. Hao Zhigang, effective 1st November 2026.

As Chief Executive Officer, Li Bo will lead Adisseo’s strategy and Executive Leadership Team. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to continuity, long-term growth, and value creation.

Li Bo holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and an Executive MBA. He brings extensive executive leadership experience in the energy and chemicals sectors and most recently served as Chairman and President of China National Bluestar, Adisseo’s majority shareholder.
His industrial expertise, strategic vision, and deep understanding of Adisseo’s shareholder ecosystem position him well to lead the company as it strengthens its global leadership and accelerates its development.

The appointment reflects Adisseo’s focus on continuity, global competitiveness, operational excellence, innovation and sustainable value creation.

Li Bo highlighted three strategic priorities: reinforcing Adisseo’s leadership in methionine, strengthening Specialties as a key growth pillar, and transforming the vitamin business to create sustainable value.
