Haarslev, provider of intelligently engineered solutions for rendering and related processing operations, has announced two new Sales Directors: Ong Toon Wei for Asia and Bo Schwartz for South Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr Wei and Mr Schwartz bring different backgrounds, perspectives and experience to Haarslev. Mr Wei joins the company with extensive experience from Yokogawa and Alfa Laval’s Food & Water division, while Mr Schwartz brings more than 25 years of commercial and project sales experience, including leading global sales organizations across 50 countries.
Mr Wei and Mr Schwartz will be working across different markets, but they share the same ambition: getting closer to Haarslev’s customers and strengthening how to support them.
“Customers are looking to reduce operating costs, improve efficiency and get more value from their raw materials. I believe we can make the biggest difference by being a true process partner, not just an equipment supplier. For me, that means being responsive, taking ownership and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and find the right solution,” said Mr Wei.
Mr Schwartz said, “People and product are two of the biggest challenges I see for our customers. As experienced personnel become harder to retain and raw materials continue to vary, automation and process control can help reduce that dependency. But technology is only part of it. Customers can expect us to stay close, be trusted advisors and support them in finding the right solution.”
