As part of the Tay Ninh 2026 Investment Promotion Conference, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee recently held a ceremony to acknowledge the investment interest of Vietnam’s Hung Nhon and the Netherlands’ De Heus through the MoU on the Hung Nhon – De Heus Value Chain Expansion Cooperation Program for 2026-2036 between the two groups, marking a new phase of cooperation in developing high-tech agriculture in the province.
The event was attended by:
… together with leaders of central ministries, departments and agencies, leaders of Tay Ninh Province, international organizations, business associations, investment promotion organizations, and representatives of domestic and international businesses.
The strategic partnership between Hung Nhon and De Heus is an exemplary model of the comprehensive partnership in sustainable agriculture between Vietnam and the Netherlands.
Under the cooperation framework, the Hung Nhon – De Heus – Bel Ga value chain plans to implement 13 projects in Tay Ninh, with a total investment of approximately USD 700 million, targeting annual revenue of USD 2 billion.
At the same time, the partnership aims to develop circular agriculture, expand exports, develop the Halal market and work toward Net Zero by 2050.
At the Conference, Wietse Mutters, Chairman of the Dutch Business Association Vietnam, emphasized that the cooperation between De Heus and Hung Nhon goes beyond investment to include experience sharing, technology transfer and value-chain connectivity, thereby creating tangible value and contributing to strengthening cooperation between Vietnam and the Netherlands.
